BCHD offers Pfizer booster shots next week in Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach

The Beach Cities Health District, in partnership with the cities of Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach will offer booster shots for seniors, 65 and over, who have received Pfizer vaccinations. In Hermosa, Pfizer booster shots will be offered Tuesday, Oct. 12, from 1 – 4 p.m. at the Community Center gym, at the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Pier Avenue. 

In Manhattan Beach, Pfizer booster shots will be offered on Wednesday, Oct. 13, from 9 a.m. ‘til noon at the Joslyn Center, 1601 North Valley Drive, Manhattan Beach.

Proof of a Pfizer vaccination is required. 

Also eligible for Pfizer booster shots are persons 18 to 64 with underlying medical conditions, and people who work in high exposure occupations, such as health care workers, grocery workers and first responders.
