A server at Simmzy’s for the last five years, Obringer has been in the restaurant business for more than a decade and likes to keep active.
“I’m so honored. What a big surprise,” Obringer said when told of her award. “I love the people I work with, the regulars I have come to know and that Simmzy’s is always busy.”
Obringer said burgers are the most popular ordered item with the Bacon Bleu being her favorite.
“Erin always puts the guest first,” Manager Jikki Yamat said. “She makes a connection with everyone.”
