When Silvio Petoletti opened the Bottle Inn Redondo, he brought the focus on great wine along for the ride. The focus has changed quite a bit, with fewer ancient Italian rarities and more value bottles and California boutique wineries represented, but that fits the local customer base. Wine tastings by established and emerging winemakers are held every Thursday. It’s a great place to learn about wines that complement Italian cuisine and do it in a casual and informal atmosphere.
