Street Banner Installation Service

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hermosa Beach will receive sealed bids for Street Banner Installation Services at theOffice of theCity Clerk, City Hall, 1315 Valley Dr., Hermosa Beach, CA 90254, until 2:00 PM on Thursday, June26, 2014. Submitted bids shall read “Street Banner Installation Service” on outside of bid document.

The City of Hermosa Beach installation and removal of street banners and pole banners

Bid Instructions

1. Sealed bids must be received the Office of the City Clerk, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254, on or before 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014.
2. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the words “Street Banner Installation Service” written or typed on the envelope.
3. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned to the Vendor unopened.
4. The City of Hermosa Beach makes no representations that any agreement will be awarded to any vendor responding to this notice. The City reserves the right to withdraw this Notice without prior notice or postpone proposal opening for its own convenience.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received.  The award, if made, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.

It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to inquire for any addendums/updates to this RFP prior to submitting their bid.
