NOTICE INVITING BIDS
ONE ATLAS COPCO COBRA COMBI GAS CONCRETE BREAKER
Notice is hereby given that the City of Hermosa Beach will receive sealed bids at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1315 Valley Dr., Hermosa Beach, CA 90254, until 1:30 PM on Thursday, June 26, 2014. Submitted bids shall read “Concrete Breaker” on outside of bid document.
General
1. Concrete breaker with drilling capabilities
2. 2 Stroke gasoline 2.3/4 hp. Engine
3. Impact energy at 24 joules
4.Vibration reducing handles
5. 7/8’’ x 4-1/4’’ tool shank
6. Meets U.S. EPA1 emission regulations
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.
It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to inquire for any addendums/updates to this RFP prior to submitting their bid.
The Bid Sheet and Specifications may be requested from the Project Manager at the email address shown below or obtained on the City’s website at http://www.hermosabch.org/index.aspx?page=667 beginning June 12th, 2014. No printed copies will be provided.
All questions regarding this bid shall be submitted in writing to the email address shown below on or before 3:00 PM on Monday, June 23, 2014 to the Project Manager.City Hall is open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and closed Fridays.
