What is Mastermind ?

The intention behind the MBCC Mastermind BY Women FOR Women is to bring women together to learn more about the concept and create opportunities for them to focus even if just over lunch for a few minutes on how they are not alone facing challenges in their business, careers or personal life.

We have identified a vast array of facilitators that have expertise in specific areas for women in their professional and personal lives ranging from marketing, hiring team members to fitness struggles and relationships. The participants will have an opportunity to sign up for one of six (6) seats at the mastermind table that interests them.

Each participant will receive 15 minutes in total focused attention on them, where they will have a maximum of 3 minutes to present their challenge and 12 minutes to receive feedback and brainstorming. We will encourage all participants to have an open mind and heart when receiving feedback while saying very little, take notes, identify tools or tactics that are being suggested that will help them with the challenge they presented. Reversely that when another has presented their challenge to speak up and know that it is a safe place to make suggestions without judgement and to be respectful of time so everyone has time to provide input.

Additionally, we have created two (2) panels with topics we feel are relevant to our times and broad challenges many participants are facing.
