Incidentally, the filming of “The Mess You Leave Behind” took place at the school where the writer and director of the series, Carlos Montero, attended.

In the first season, the viewer is introduced to the main characters, the first of which is Julio Martinez (Rodolfo Sancho) from the twenty-first century. Joining him on the team are Amelia Falk (Aura Garrido), the first female student from nineteenth-century Spain, and soldier Alonso de Entrerrios (Nacho Fresneda). This team must save their country’s history, but it’s not simple. Severe trials and hardships await them along the way.

He again falls into the trap of the Inquisitor, but the latter is prepared to pardon Mateo on one condition. The hero must solve a mystical series of murders in the plague-ridden town.

High Seas

Detective series about the murders aboard the liner Barbara de Braganza, which made a voyage from Spain to Brazil in the 1940s. Sisters Carolina (Alejandra Onyeva) and Eva (Ivana Baquero) begin investigating mysterious crimes. In this, they are assisted by Officer Nicolas Vasquez (John Cortaharena). The series was successful on Netflix, and its creators planned to continue the project by working on a new season. However, the series did later decide to end in 2019.

Cable Girls
