Christmas tree pick-up ends this week for Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach residents. People in Hermosa Beach may discard their trees on regular scheduled trash days and at a collection box at 861 Valley Drive until Tuesday. Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach pick-up will end on Friday. In Redondo Beach drop-off locations ended on Sunday.
Trees must be less than 7-feet tall or cut into 7-foot sections. All lights, decorations, tinsel, ornaments and metal stands must be removed. Flocked and fire retardant trees will also be accepted.
