On Tuesday, Aug. 27 the Neptunian Woman’s Club will welcome prospective new members to the NWC clubhouse for its Open House. Philanthropic women throughout the South Bay are encouraged to get to know the NWC, which has been giving back to the South Bay since 1909. Just sing
Was there a moment in your life when singing and performing brought you joy and purpose? Is it time to work singing back into your life? The Manhattan Beach Community Church Choir would love to help you do just that. Practices are held every Thursday from 7:30-9:30 p.m. The choir sings in church during the 10AM service three Sundays a month. The first practice of the year will be Thursday, Sept. 5 and there is a BBQ kickoff Sept. 4.
