A Redondo Beach man, arrested late last year for multiple drug offenses and child molestation is believed to have fled the country, according to a release issued by the Redondo Beach Police Department.

Bilal Joudi, 57, was arrested by the Redondo Beach Police Department’s Special Investigation unit on October 1 after officials learned that he was selling alcohol, tobacco and prescription pills to minors.
Investigators say that Joudi was selling out of Party House Liquor, 1817 S. Catalina Ave., and arrested him after observing him conducting a drug transaction and finding prescription pills in his possession. Authorities then searched Party House Liquor, finding a cache of prescription drugs in a storage room, as well as evidence leading them to believe that Joudi was involved in “inappropriate sexual contact with teenagers.”
The Los Angeles County District Attorney filed seven drug sale and child molestation charges against Joudi. RBPD is currently searching for Joudi, who is believed to have fled the country. A $220,000 warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Police are encouraging anyone with information regarding the investigation to contact Detective Mike Green of RBPD’s Special Investigations Unit at 379-2477, ext. 2273. Anonymous tips can also be left at 937-6685, sent via text message to 339-2362 or emailed to crimetips@redondo.org.
