Strangers on a Saturday Night, featuring organist Carey Frank, guitarist Will Brahm, and drummer Jamey Tate, perform from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Torrance Art Museum, 3320 Civic Center Drive, Torrance, as part of the ongoing Thursday Tunes at TAM music series. “Windows: A Day in the Life of the South Bay” is a group photo exhibition, works by regional students that depict an exterior or a glimpse through a window. Dear George, Dear Gustave

“Dear Master,” by playwright Dorothy Bryant, opens at 8 p.m. at Little Fish Theatre, 777 Centre St., San Pedro. It’s a passionate dialogue in letters between two 19th century French writers, George Sand and Gustave Flaubert.
