A reception for Manhattan Beach students participating in the StART Projects Exhibition is tonight at the Manhattan Beach Art Center from 5 to 7 p.m. The exhibit is collaborative between the Manhattan Beach Unified School District and The City of Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department’s Cultural Arts Division.
