GREEN SCREEN EVENT
Green Screen 101, a Producer Monthly Get-Together event hosted by the Torrance Cable Television Advisory Board (CTAB) with presenter, Producer & Commissioner Dan Feliz. Dan Feliz is an Emmy award winning film, TV, radio and internet engineer. Dan will share with you how to set yourself up to use a green screen and chroma key with the correct effect for your production, no matter how small or outrageous, and regardless of your experience level at 7 p.m., Multipurpose Room 1st Floor, 3350 Civic Center Dr., Torrance.

BIRD WALK
George F. Canyon Bird Walk. Join our naturalist. Binoculars available. The event goes from 8:30 a.m. at 27305 Palos Verdes Dr. East, Rolling Hills Estates. Redondo Beach Police Department 19th Annual Community Safety Fair and Police Department Open House. Live demonstrations by K-9, motorcycle and S.W.A.T. units, safety and crime prevention exhibits, tours of police station, and 3rd annual Dog Costume Contest, entertainment and free food. Everyone is invited to tour and enjoy the activities. Photo opportunities for children and adults from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Civic Center and Police Department, corner of North Pacific Coast Highway and Diamond, Redondo Beach.
