The relentless creativity on display at MB Post must make it a challenge for servers. Imagine trying to advise customers about choices when the menu changes constantly. That servers consistently manage to do this shows dedication. They also have to explain exotic ingredients combined in unusual ways. The cultural influences span the globe. As of this writing the entrees include items inspired by the cuisines of Vietnam, Morocco, Japan and Korea, along with favorites like chicken pot pie and a ribeye steak.
