The Hermosa Beach Arts Foundation recently celebrated its 50th anniversary and the resurgence of interest in local arts with a gala at the Hermosa Beach Community Theater. The evening was also an opportunity to honor longtime supporters and to introduce the group’s inaugural arts scholarship.
