Cynthia Canino’s traces her interest in fashion back to the Fiorante Tailor Shop on Main Street, in El Segundo, run by her grandparents in the 1920s. “My grandfather was a distinguished Italian-trained tailor. My grandmother was an accomplished seamstress,” Canino said.  The single mother of two teenage daughters worked for many years at a business-to-business software design firm. “It was a great job and it paid well, but it wasn’t very satisfying at the end of the day,�
