Cancer Support
Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach will offer a free workshop, “Eating Well During Cancer Treatment,” from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Zoom. Golden Egg Hunt
Eight golden eggs will be hidden daily at Ladera Linda Community Center today through April 3. Children ages one to 10 are invited to search for the eggs between noon and 5 p.m. Once they find one they may take it to the Community Center office in exchange for a prize. Fitness bootcamp
GI Joe Bootcamp is back. GI Joe’s group workout is designed to help people lose weight, tone, build endurance and network with others. In April, classes will be held 6 to 7 a.m. and 8 to 9 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and in May, classes are set for 5 to 6 p.m. and 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
