Wednesday brought a visit from Rich Marcello, one half of Torrance’s Strand Brewing, to Rock & Brews in El Segundo for a tasting of Strand’s very special cask-conditioned IPA, which was double-dry-hopped with Simcoe hops, and a special Braggot they prepared for Beer Week.
Naja’s Place in Redondo Beach hosted New Belgium Brewing for a tasting of several rare sour beers, including ‘The Love’: a sour brewed by New Belgium’s ‘Lovemaster’, Jamie Mastin, and blended that night just for the occasion.
