HB father remembered

November 8, 1963- May 8, 2012
Richard Daniel “RZ” Perry Zerkie grew up in Hermosa Beach. He was a very talented man that loved to help others. He loved surfing and hanging out with his friends and family, but most important to him were his children. He will rest in peace and join his first son Christopher Ryan Zerkie who passed at a very young age. He passed away on May 8, 2012. A memorial will be August 5, 2012 at 10:00am on 16th street. He is survived by his twin children Alexandria and Jacob Zerkie, his mother Joan Zerkie, his father Bill Zerkie, his brother James Zerkie and sister Mary Elizabeth Zerkie, his cousins Johnny Bumbbugh, Fletcher Dragge, Kristin Dragge and his life long partner Laura Shillander.
