Legado plans 4-acre Redondo development Legado Companies is  planning to develop the 4-acre  Palos Verdes Inn and former Bristol Farms property at Pacific Coast Highway and Palos Verdes Drive in Redondo Beach. the company purchase the 1700 Pacific Coast Highway site  in 2006.  According to its web site, Legado hopes to build “up to 150 residences, 40,000 square feet of retail and 110 hotel rooms” on the four acre site.The company’s web site also lists a proposal for 29 beach-front
