High School Surf Contest: PV beats South & El Segundo squeaks by Peninsula [VIDEO+PHOTOS]

Palos Verdes High defeated South High and El Segundo High beat Peninsula High on Thursday, February 19th, in offshore conditions at Torrance Beach. The waves were in the three to five foot range and a little walled with the occasional corner.
