The stated mission of Dr. Chris Bruno and “Adventure Chiropractic,” the name of his Redondo Beach firm, is “For each of our clients to realize their optimum God given levels of function and peak performance.”
Living as a waterman for more than 25 years, Bruno learned an appreciation for health and fitness that led him to chiropractic medicine. His early love of surfing took Bruno to sweet spots along the California and Mexico coasts, before settling in Maui, then three years in Australia.
Bruno has lived and practiced in the South Bay since 2004 and most certainly doesn’t rub you the wrong way.
