The menu at Hot’s Kitchen doesn’t mention sliders, which might make you think they aren’t served there. They are, but not under that name – Hot’s has based their business on selling small portions of many things so that customers enjoy a great variety over the course of a meal. Their burgers are sliders and vice versa, and you can get a predictably eclectic variety, including versions with fried fungus, giardinera mayo, baked beans, and roasted poblano chilies among the ingredients snuggled between the buns. Nothing about Hot’s Kitchen is predictable except that the ideas will be outrageous but successful, and everything you order will go well with craft brews.
