Mayor Duclos of Hermosa Beach, Mayor Powell of Manhattan Beach, and Mayor Pro-tem Pat Aust of Redondo Beach kicked off the Mayors’ Challenge and Blue Zones Project™ at Polliwog Park for the Summer Concert Series last Sunday.
