PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, to consider the following:
- The order of certain improvements and the levy and collection of assessments within the Hermosa Beach Landscaping and Street Lighting District 2014-2015 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015. (Public Works Department, Tel: 310-318-0214) or e-mail hbehboodi@hermosabch.org.
SAID PUBLIC HEARING shall be held at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the City Council Chambers, Hermosa Beach City Hall, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254.
ANY AND ALL PERSONS interested are invited to participate and speak at this hearing at the above time and place. For inclusion in the agenda packet to be distributed, written comments of interested parties should be submitted to the department listed with the item, in care of City Hall at the above address prior to Tuesday, June17, 2014, at 12:00 noon. All written testimony by any interested party will be accepted prior to or at the scheduled time on the agenda for the matter.
IF YOU CHALLENGE the above matter(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the above-listed departments at, or prior to, the public hearing.
