The driver of a Jeep suffered minor injuries when his vehicle was rolled over during a collision on Pacific Coast Highway at about 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Hermosa Beach Police Sgt. Bob Higgins said the Jeep was making a left turn to head east on 8th Street when the vehicles in two of the three northbound traffic lanes stopped at the crowded intersection in order to allow the Jeep to turn. A car in the far right northbound lane collided with the Jeep, rolling it over, Higgins said.
The 42-year-old driver of the Jeep walked into the ambulance and was transported to a local hospital as a precaution, Higgins said.
