Aging Matters Seminar

 On Tuesday, March 19th, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, learn more about coping with adversity and living a longer and more vital life.  Topics include learning the science of resilience, cultivating a deeper understanding of positive psychology and personal contentment and developing a plan to find meaning and purpose in everyday life. 

David Hart, Ph.D. is a trained psychotherapist with years of experience in dementia care and is the Director of Clinical Services at Always Best Care South Bay. 

This program is free and open to the public, but seating is limited, so please RSVP at (310) 792-8666 or email dhart@abc-seniors.com. Light refreshments will be provided.

The program will be held in the 2nd floor Meeting Room at Redondo Beach Main Library, located at 303 N. Pacific Coast Hwy in Redondo Beach.  Free underground parking is available at the Library.
