Cancer Support: Primordial Sound Meditation

Redondo Beach, Calif. (May 28, 2019) – Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach (CSCRB) hosts Sandra Ruckdaschel, a Certified Yoga and Chopra Center instructor, on Thursday, June 20, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at 109 West Torrance Blvd., Redondo Beach. Ruckdaschel will present the practical aspects of meditation – how to sit, when to meditate, the types of experiences to expect, and what they mean. The program will also include a group meditation using a Primordial Sound Meditation technique. CSCRB celebrates 32 years of free support, education and hope for cancer patients and their families.
