Parras and Adams middle school soccer teams met Jan. 23 for a game at SoFi stadium in Inglewood.
In the boys’ game, Parras and Adams tied 0-0, while the Adams girls beat Parras 2-1.
The four teams are made up of sixth, seventh and eighth graders. The Parras girls coaches are Brian Kingsbury and assistant Johnny Tyler. The Parras boys are coached by Luke Schroeder while Natalie Cardenas coaches the Adams boys.
The game was part of a program in which the stadium hosts area school contests.
Over 500 Redondo Beach fans attended the matches. Tickets were $65 for a field pass and $20 for regular seats. Parking was $20.
