Two weeks ago, Hurricane Marie came in hot! Literally… Most everyone that surfs spent all day in the water up and down the California coast searching for flawless waves, sunburnt and all. We decided to stick to our guns and it payed off. “Malibu Marie” is a compilation consisting of some of the best LA County surfers/residents with one of California’s most renown right hand point breaks, all during one of the best South Swells California has seen in decades. From Los Angeles residents, Shane Borland, Matt Pagan and Dillon Perillo to living legends such as Allen Sarlo, Laird Hamilton and Kelly Slater, 1st Point Malibu was definitely a sight to see.
