Manhattan Beach 39th Annual Pier Lighting 

Mayor Amy Howorth, flanked by Councilmembers Joe Franklin and Steve Napolitano and Mayor Pro Tem David Lesser, presided over the 39th Annual Pier Lighting last Wednesday. Napolitano’s son, Roman, threw the switch that lit the pier.
