That servers consistently manage to do this shows dedication. They also have to explain exotic ingredients combined in unusual ways. The cultural influences span the globe. As of this writing the entrees include items inspired by the cuisines of Vietnam, Morocco, Japan and Korea, along with favorites like chicken pot pie and a ribeye steak.
