City seeks input on new playground equipment at Dominguez Park
The City of Redondo Beach is seeking public input and feedback on what residents might like to see in an upgrade of the Dominguez Park playground area. Community Services staff will be at the existing park playground on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 10 a.m. until noon.
Free Document Shredding Event – Saturday, Feb. 29
Athens Services is providing document shredding services at no charge to residents. This is an opportunity to clean out old files and properly dispose of personal papers without compromising personal information.
Paper shredding will be done on-site and residents may witness the destruction of their documents. There is no limit to how much can be brought. For more information, visit redondo.org.
Draft Artesia/Aviation Corridors Area Plan Community Meeting
Residents are invited to attend and participate in an area plan survey, provide feedback/input, speak one-on-one with project team members, and discuss ideas with fellow community members.
The event will take place on Thursday, Feb. 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Perry Park Senior Center.
