Nationally certified trainers provide quality, affordable personal training in a comfortable, friendly community atmosphere. A broad spectrum of workouts is offered for youth to seniors, from bodybuilders and fitness buffs to the overweight. No contracts, sign-up, cancellation or membership fees and multiple clients at the same time keep prices low.

Owner/Head Trainer Josh Sola was an overweight kid who spent hours playing video games. After an 80-pound weight loss he became a certified trainer wanting to help others achieve their fitness goals.

“We have a diverse clientele,” Sola said. “Last week we had a power broker for the ultra-elite working out next to a nanny. There are doctors from Torrance Memorial and parents who have crazy schedules. Our flexible hours allow training for people who couldn’t get it before or who paid for sessions they couldn’t use.”

The facility also attracts numerous athletes from surrounding high schools.
