Prior to the start of the Rolling Hills Estates city holiday parade, on December 6, a dinner was held at El Pollo Inka at the Promenade to honor the Parade Grand Marshal. Don “Sluggo” Slaught“ was recognized for his 15 years (1982 to 1997) as a catcher with the Anaheim Angels, and other MLB teams. Santa Claus was there making a list of what children were asking for, and checking it twice.
