Stars Antique Market’s cramped, but homey corridors makes you feel like you’re rummaging through your great aunt’s attic or basement, or maybe making a guest appearance on an episode of TLC’s “American Pickers.” The antique haven houses over 65 eccentric antique dealers, with enormous selections of fine vintage jewelry, timeless furniture pieces, and funky trinkets.
Owners Bonnie and Mike Molen have been in the antique picking and selling business for combined total of over 60 years. “I started with cookie jars,” said Bonnie. “Now I love it all. There are some pieces that I buy that I can’t bring myself to sell. I get so attached to the family stories and background.” Stars continues to showcase one of the most eclectic and well-versed selection of antiques in the Los Angeles area.
