Civic Couch captured “Friday Night Lights” in Redondo Beach for the first round of the CIF-Southern Section Western Division playoffs. Redondo High School hosted West Torrance and won 35-28 to advance and face Oxnard in the quarterfinals.
Redondo rallied from a 14-point deficit, using a strong running attack and physical defense to defeat visiting West Torrance 35-28 in the first round of the CIF-Southern Section Western Division playoffs on Friday night.
