AdventurePlex AdventureCamp
Multi “Best of the Beach” winner AdventurePlex, a Beach Cities Health District Program, is a kid’s dream with a facility that includes a five-level play structure with sports courts, two 35-foot high rock walls and a high ropes course. AdventureCamp, for kids ages 4 to 12, is hosted by AdventurePlex and led by a CPR and first aid-certified staff. Activities include rock climbing, arts and crafts, music appreciation and other skill-building, self-esteem and social developmental activities. Galileo Innovation Summer Camp
Galileo Innovation Camps offers two summer camps — Camp Galileo for pre-K to 5th grade and Camp Galileo Summer Quest for 5th grade to 12th grade. Camp Galileo campers will build a rocket in Space Explorer one day, then design a kaleidoscope the next day. Mentored by expert instructors and equipped with professional tools and materials in the Summer Quest program, campers make short films, engineer catapults, whip up inventive dishes and design custom video games. Encore offers arts education in all aspects of the performing arts.
