Fresh Brothers – If you want to eat a Fresh Brothers pizza absolutely fresh from the oven, you’ll have to do it at one of the three small tables in an alcove by the counter. There’s no particular ambiance, but it’s only about thirty feet from the oven that turns out thick, thin, and gluten-free crust pizzas in profusion. The specialty is the thick crust Chicago style, but the cracker-like thin crust and gluten-free pizzas both have plenty of partisans. They have all the usual toppings plus vegan options, so whatever your preference there’s a pizza for you – made fresh, of course!
