Spotlight on community: RHE 66th incorporation anniversary celebration at an Empty Saddle Club

Rolling Hills Estates celebrated the 66th anniversary of its incorporation at the Empty Saddle Club on September 23. The family friendly outdoor festival featured pony rides, equestrian competitions, a petting zoo,a rock wall, face painting, hay rides and picnic games. Local organizations manned booths and there was great food and beverages. Sponsors included Peninsula Heritage School, All Kidz Urgent Care and Waste Management.
