Four sent to hospital after five-car crash on Catalina A pregnant woman was among four people taken to a hospital after a five-vehicle crash on Catalina Avenue on Saturday, Aug. 17. The crash followed a high-speed chase during which a driver ran multiple stop signs and at least one traffic light. The incident began with Redondo Beach Police responding to a domestic dispute at Blue Water Grill about 2:30 p.m. A suspect, a female in her 20s, got into a car and left the restaurant, going south
