Today and tomorrow, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., along Valley Dr. and Ardmore Ave., the annual Hometown Fair takes place with games, crafts, food, live entertainment and art. Free parking and free shuttles running all day from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. the Northrop/Grumman parking lot in Redondo Beach. The Hometown 10K Run weaves throughout Manhattan Beach with thousands of participants. There’s also the 12th annual Matt Johnson Memorial Blood Drive both days, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., at the fire station on the corner of 15th and Valley Dr. Donors must bring photo IDs and will receive a free T-shirt.
