Over 750 Hammitt handbags will be up for grabs this weekend at their annual Celebration Sale. The local handbag company celebrates its local roots every year by opening their doors and selling their leather goods to their loyal followers. Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s and a live band will kick off the event from 9 to 10 a.m. Doors will open at 10 sharp until 1 p.m., or until all bags are gone. The Hammitt team will be accompanied by a camera crew from FremantleMedia as they prepare to produce a reality TV show centered on the empire. This year’s event will feature the biggest selection of handbags spread around two levels and iPad checkouts will speed up the process. The celebration will be near their offices in the courtyard and restaurant at 934 Hermosa Ave.
