On Thursday morning Laura Juneau tied herself to one of three trees by the Kiwanis Club. According to City Manager Tom Bakaly, three trees were scheduled to be cut down because of tripping hazards, but because of Juneau’s efforts only were two were cut and the third will remain rooted to the spot.
