Grow’s passionate-about-food owner, Barry Fisher put it very simply.

“There’s no reason for people to come here if we don’t have better produce and food than the guys down the street.”

Grow’s luscious pick of citrus, expansive selection of greens, and fresh-daily meat, poultry, and fish have countless locals avoiding the oh so convenient supermarkets for way of Grow’s unbelievable range of fresh food.

“Convenience never sustains a business. It’s all about quality. I have people coming in and telling me how their kids love our produce,” Fisher said. “There’s huge value in that, seeing as Americans throws away 25 percent of what they buy. The biggest reason for this is because of flavor or they over buy. When people come here they realize that they’ll be eating everything they buy.”

Must Try: Grow’s infamous Porckchop. This stuff comes from the Upper Midwest and is the top 10 percent of the slaughter. People drive Palos Verdes and Long Beach to get their hands the goods. -AK
