Yogurtland – Long ago, when dinosaurs ruled the earth, yogurt came in only one flavor. Fast forward to now and you have places like Yogurtland, which offer a variety of flavors and a bewildering array of toppings.
Choose among nonfat flavors, no-sugar flavors, and classic favorites such as arctic vanilla, Butterfinger, chocolate, coconut truffle, eggnog, gingerbread, Madagascar vanilla, matcha green tea, orange crème and peanut butter cup. Then there’s pistachio, pumpkin pie, red velvet cupcake batter for our redneck inner child in us all, raspberry crème, root beer float, smores (for everybody’s inner child), and snowflake mint.
Wait, there’s more: how about taro, tiramisu, toasted coconut and vanilla wafer cookies and cream.
There are fruit toppings and dry toppings. The tart flavors include lychee, blueberry, black cherry, maqui berry, superfruit, yuzu and pomegranate raspberry.
The yogurt is low-fat and healthy, but if you load up on the mini-peanut butter cups, you’re probably losing some of that advantage…
