This is the real thing, thin slices of steak with onions, peppers, and your choice of Provolone, white American or Cheez Whiz to complement the flavors. We recommend the hot pepper sauce on the side – it’s lethal stuff that will bring tears to your eyes and joy to your soul, and possibly have you hiccupping for a day or so after unwarily ingesting a bit too much.
