Hermosa merchants hosted a holiday open house and sidewalk sale on Saturday, November 22. Shops along Pier and Hermosa avenues participated in a scavenger hunt for the kids. Gum Tree and Gum Tree Kids welcomed special visitors from the North Pole and many stores offered holiday specials along with free refreshments. Festivities continue with the annual Tree Lighting ceremony on Thursday, December 4 starting at 6 p.m. on Pier Plaza. Stroll Pier Avenue sipping hot cocoa while kids visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
