Good news for Hammitt Handbag fans everywhere – this week they’ll be having a Celebration ‘Sale-a-bration’ Party and Sale at the Manhattan Country Club. Tony Drockton, the creative director of the company said that this year’s sale will be an all-out blow-out of amazing products.

Because they’re a local company, Hammitt tries to put on at least one sale a year in the South Bay to thank local clients for their support and love of the brand.

I’ve been to three of these events now, and I always end up leaving with something I LOVE! (And usually an overdraft charge…)

Prices usually range from around $50 to $400 max… and the products are everything from classic handbags to experimental leather and fun colors. The plethora of one-of-a-kind pieces really make their local celebration sales a fun leather treasure hunt. Visit www.StrandStyleFashion.com to see more local style news.

Doors open at 8:30 a.m. for music, giveaways, food, mimosa’s, bloodies, bag envying and friendly banter. The sale technically starts at 9 a.m. and will go until 1 p.m… but bags are usually bought up pretty quickly.

The last time I attended a sale I definitely drank too many mimosas, but ended up with just the right amount of Hammitt. So open your checkbook, grab a few girlfriends and enjoy the best day of the year, right in time for the holiday season.
