Hermosa Beach remembers Sept. 11 with wreath laying ceremony

A wreath laying ceremony was held at the Hermosa Beach September 11 Memorial on Friday. But in respect for County restrictions on large public gatherings, only half a dozen city officials attended the event. The public was not invited, but was encouraged to visit the memorial throughout the day. ER
